Tina Hivnor is a REALTOR® and Broker for the Kaim Team at Real of Ohio, a nationally ranked and recognized Real Estate Company and Team. She has been a licensed Realtor for over 35 years and a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Ohio, since 2014. Tina has a BSBA in Business Management from John Carroll University.

Tina has run The Michael Kaim Team since its inception in 2002. She and her brother, Michael Kaim, are second-generation Realtors raised in the real estate business.

When asked what Tina’s favorite part of her job was, she answered, “helping agents reach their financial goals while taking the utmost care of the many customers and clients we, and our agents, work with each day”. She oversees the hiring, training, and coaching of the agents and staff. She handles the financials, manages the team’s back office, and coordinates the implementation of the systems that are helping their agents and clients experience.

The Kaim Team has helped thousands of families move. They have 20 full-time Realtors and a staff of 7. They are a family first organization and believe in giving back to the communities they serve and where they were raised.

Tina and her husband, Scott, a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Ohio, have 3 amazing adult children. Tina loves every aspect of the crazy real estate lifestyle.
